I’m Caitlin!
I’m a former elementary school teacher now living my best life as a stay-at-home mom and blogger! I just celebrated eight years of marriage to my husband, Josh. He always supports and encourages me and just so happens to be the best girl dad on the planet. We have the sweetest and most carefree little girl, Charlotte, who always keeps us on our toes. She’s the best big sister and always has us laughing out loud. She absolutely loves our dog, Nala; they’re so sweet together. We have another beautiful toddler who is two and just so happens to be the perfect addition to our little family!
The kitchen is one of my favorite rooms in the house. I enjoy baking our favorite treats (we always love a good dessert) and trying new recipes. We are most definitely a food-loving family!
Aside from being in the kitchen, I channel my inner Joanna Gaines by dreaming up new DIY projects to do around the house. This may not excite Josh quite as much, but I love creating new spaces and seeing my ideas come to life with his help. Maybe one day he’ll embrace being my Chip Gaines!
Although it doesn’t happen as often as I’d like (mom life), I love a good road trip. Near or far, it’s so fun for me when visiting new places and making new memories at some of our favorite go-to spots.
We are homebodies at heart but love a good night out with friends, family, or just us. I truly am an average mama who is usually rocking leggings, a t-shirt, and a mom bun. I’m constantly cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, and trying to make life fun for my favorite little girls.
