2024 didn’t quite go the way I thought it would but I’m here to say that 2025 will be so much better!

- Ignoring symptoms
- Too much caffeine
- Stress
- Over scheduling
- Rushing
- Lack of boundaries
- Dressing in the same old tees & sweatshirts
